To Whom it May Concern I am reaching out to inquire about chartering a catamaran for a private influencer event we are planning in partnership with Mar de Frades, a premium Spanish wine brand. The experience will host approximately 10–15 influencers and content creators and will take place in conjunction with a dining event at Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale. We envision the catamaran experience either preceding or following the restaurant portion of the event, with guests being transported directly to and from the property via your vessel. Our preferred event dates are July 22nd or later, ideally on a Wednesday or Thursday. The event cannot take place on July 29th. The catamaran would play an important role in the overall guest journey and content creation opportunities throughout the event. We would love to learn more about: Available catamarans suitable for 10–15 guests Charter pricing and minimum charter durations Docking logistics at or near Pier Sixty-Six Catering and beverage policies, including whether branded wine service would be permitted onboard Branding opportunities and décor allowances Crew and service offerings Any recommendations for creating a premium influencer experience on the water At this stage, we are gathering information and exploring potential partners, and we would appreciate receiving any event materials, charter packages, or an RFP response that may help us evaluate options. We believe a catamaran experience would be the perfect complement to the event and look forward to discussing possibilities with your team.
