This Agreement is made between the undersigned Client,
David Flosi
and the undersigned Steward
for charter steward services aboard the Vessel described below.
1. Scope of Services
The Steward agrees to assist with onboard guest service duties, including but not limited to food and beverage preparation, cleaning, organizing supplies, and maintaining overall guest comfort and cleanliness aboard the vessel during the agreed charter period. The Steward will also assist the Captain as needed with vessel operations and general support to ensure smooth charter activities. The Steward will prepare the boat one hour prior to departure and remain onboard for one hour after the charter to ensure the vessel is returned clean and in good condition.

3 Charter Period:
The charter period begins at the scheduled start time and ends upon the vessel’s return to the designated home dock, regardless of passenger boarding time or vessel departure status. Time is measured dock-to-dock. Requests for alternate pickup or drop-off locations do not alter the time calculation.

4. Steward Responsibilities
a. Provide guest support and service throughout the trip.
b. Assist with tidying, restocking, and food and beverage preparation, as directed by the Charterer or Captain.
c. Maintain cleanliness and uphold hospitality standards during the charter.
d. Follow all legal, safety, and operational requirements as directed by the Captain and Charterer.
e. Clean and organize the vessel after the charter.
f. Receive the Charterer and guests before the charter, ensuring the vessel is properly prepared.
g. Assist the Captain with vessel operations and general support as needed.
5. Payment Terms
The total steward fee for the charter is $

Payment Due: Full payment is due before the begining of the charter period unless otherwise agreed in writing
Gratuities: Gratuities for the crew members are not included in the charter fee. While not mandatory, they are expected by the crew for good service and typically range from 15–25% of the charter cost.
6. Indemnification & Liability
a. Indemnification: Each party shall hold the other harmless from any claims or damages resulting from this Agreement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
8. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
